When you complete EQ assessments and training modules, we collect your responses and performance data to generate your personal development profile.

We also collect standard usage data such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited to improve platform performance and security.

Your assessment and training data are used to generate personalized EQ scores, development recommendations, and progress reports. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve our assessment instruments and training content.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Organizational administrators may view aggregate team-level analytics but cannot access individual assessment responses unless you explicitly grant permission.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 compliant cloud providers with regular security audits.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access data they are permitted to view.

We retain your account data and assessment history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, though de-identified aggregate data may be retained for research purposes.

Organizations may have their own data retention policies that apply to data collected through their team accounts.
