Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Giroux EQ Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

The Giroux EQ Platform provides emotional intelligence assessments, training modules, tabletop crisis simulations, and team analytics designed for cybersecurity professionals and academic institutions. The platform is based on the "Stop Training Robots" methodology developed by Jamie Giroux.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. Academic cohort purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable after student access codes have been distributed.

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of professional and academic development. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the assessment algorithms, scoring models, or training content.

You may not share your account credentials, redistribute platform content, or use automated tools to access the service without our written permission.

All content on the platform, including the Giroux EQ Framework, assessment instruments, training modules, tabletop scenarios, and associated documentation, is the intellectual property of Integrated Intelligence Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform content for personal or organizational development purposes only.

The Giroux EQ Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that assessment results will achieve any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrated Intelligence Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
